Millie plays a central role in the day-to-day running of McBride Property & Development, working alongside Karl to manage projects from early feasibility through to delivery. With a strong focus on structure and coordination, she ensures each stage of a development progresses clearly and efficiently. Her role spans consultant coordination, design management, consenting and marketing preparation, sitting at the intersection of planning and execution. Yuwei plays a key role in managing the financial side of developments, bringing a detailed and analytical approach to project costing and feasibility.
